アメリカに引っ越してから三ヶ月以上がたって、やっと自分のアパートが見つけました。見ての通りまだ荷物とか運んできてないので、ちょっと寂しいけど、まあとりあえずこれで落ち着き始めました。東京のアパートの倍以上の広さ（ちなみに、倍以上の家賃も払っている。トホホ．．．）で、どう旨くこのスペースを使えばいいか悩んでいます。実は実家の部屋、大学の寮、そうして日本のアパートも全部狭かったです。それはそれで自分的に落ち着かせる空間だったので、今の広い部屋は逆に落ち着きません。ちょっと恥ずかしいけど、ベッドルームを使わずにリビングだけでスタジオアパート的に生活しようかなと真剣に考えています。（笑）
この前の仕事が無事に今月のあたまに終わりました。まあ、ちょっとした怪我人（自分はなかった）とかあったけど、撮影期間内に撮りきれました。次の仕事がいつくるかまだわからないけど、色んな準備とかミーティングで結構忙しかったです。今月末ぐらいで営業に向かう準備が整えるでしょう。ちょうど31歳の誕生日と重なりそうで、まあきりがいいという事でしょう。誕生日プレゼントとして誰か仕事くれないかな？(^-^)

So after moving to LA over three months ago, I have finally found my own apartment. As you can see, I have yet to really start moving in, but at least I am starting to get settled into my new hometown. It's probably over twice the size (and over twice the rent...) of my place in Tokyo, and I'm still trying to figure out how to best use the space I have. Thing is, I have ALWAYS lived in a really small room. My room back home in Maine, my dorm rooms in college, and my apartments in Japan have all been really small. That being said, I was always really good about managing to fit a lot of stuff into those small areas, and that compact space was what felt like home. Now there is a large part of me that is seriously considering not using the bedroom and just using my living room like a studio apartment. =9
So my last work project finished at the beginning of this month. We had a few minor injuries (I came out okay), but for the most part we managed to get through to the end without major incident. I don't really know when the next project will be, but I have been kept busy in the interim with various meetings and preparations. It is looking like by the end of the month I will be prepared to start going out and looking for the next project. That just happens to coincide with my 31st birthday, so I wonder if anyone will give me a job as a present? =)

Nice. Congrats on the new apartment. My roommate and I can relate to the space issue, too. We moved out of a study and half of a trailer, respectively. Most of our place is still unfurnished, lol.
We just got hooked on Cutie Honey and we loved you as Watari-san. Hope to see more of your great acting soon!

がっらーーーーんとしていますね。連続回転技が練習できそうなほどに…。
我が家は太極拳の練習をしようと思ってもすぐ家具にあたってしまうのでちょっとうらやましいです。でも、テーブルといすぐらいないと不便でしょうし、ベッドと棚と…と思っているうちに物が増えることでしょう。
とりあえずベッドルームを使わなくて済むなら、トレーニングルームにしちゃったらどうですか？（笑）
営業活動はいろいろオーディションを受けたりするんでしょうか？牙狼でもハニ−でも主役、準主役の方たちはオーディションで役を射止めたわけですから、彼らに負けずに頑張るしかありませんね〜。エンターテイメントの神様がすてきな誕生日プレゼントをくれますように！

Good to hear that you're settling down. Having gotten used to small confined areas, I'm sure you'll do fine making full use of the new space in your apartment.
Anyway, hope you will have a wonderful birthday, and I'm sure everything will work out fine for your career and future job aspects, especially now that you're more famous and popular than you'd really think.

とりあえず、無事今のお仕事終了とのことで、お疲れ様でした(^^)
ホント、ベッドルームはトレーニングルームにしちゃったらよさそう。
LAのアパートメントなら天井も高そうだし。
